Georgia completed her Master of Science in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia and is a certified strength and conditioning coach (NSCA). Georgia worked with UBC varsity teams as a graduate assistant strength coach throughout her Masters and is experienced with a wide range of sports, training ages, and career stages. Georgia’s approach to coaching and rehabilitation is to build an individual’s confidence in their movement capacity, educate, and assist in the development of functional goals.
Georgia grew up playing field hockey, tennis, and rowing, and these sports led to her interest in biomechanics, physiology, and coaching. Her goal is to help clients enjoy and maintain an active lifestyle for as long as possible.
