Jordan completed both her Master’s of Physical Therapy and her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at Western University in London, Ontario. During her time at Western, she competed as a Varsity Track & Field athlete where she developed her skills in exercise and injury prevention, later returning as a physiotherapist to work with the athletes. Before becoming a Physiotherapist, Jordan practiced in Ontario as a Registered Kinesiologist specializing in the development of exercise and treatment programs for workplace and motor vehicle-related injuries.
With interests in lifestyle management and function-focused treatment, Jordan is eager to get her clients back to the activities they love. Jordan has completed post-graduate specialization in the treatment of Acute and Chronic Concussion, as well as the use of Yoga in rehabilitation science. Jordan’s treatment approach is centred around tailored exercise programs in conjunction with other techniques including; manual therapy, soft tissue release, load management and biomechanical analysis. She has specific experience treating foot/ankle injuries, sport-related sprains & strains as well as chronic injuries related to work and motor-vehicle accidents.
Outside of the clinic Jordan is an avid runner, hiker and snowboarder. She’s a wanna-be-Yogi and participates in rec basketball and volleyball.
