Jordan completed both her Master’s of Physical Therapy and her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at Western University in London, Ontario. During her time at Western, she competed as a Varsity Track & Field athlete where she developed her skills in exercise and injury prevention, later returning as a physiotherapist to work with the athletes. Before becoming a Physiotherapist, Jordan practised in Ontario as a Registered Kinesiologist specializing in the development of exercise and treatment programs for workplace and motor vehicle-related injuries.
With interests in lifestyle management and function-focused treatment, Jordan is eager to get her clients back to the activities they love. Jordan’s treatment approach is centred around tailored exercise programs in conjunction with other techniques including; manual therapy, soft tissue release, load management and biomechanical analysis. She has specific experience treating foot/ankle injuries, sport-related sprains & strains as well as chronic injuries related to work and motor-vehicle accidents.
Outside of the clinic Jordan is an avid runner, want-to-be-yogi & can always be found at the local farmer’s market, likely drinking a fresh coffee.
Jordan is excited to accept and partner with all new clients!
