Sarah completed her Fascial Stretch Therapy Level 2 with the Stretch to Win Institute. She has worked as a Personal Trainer for over 20 years and specializes with clients for mobility and increasing strength stability. Sarah is comfortable working with all age populations and fitness levels. Sarah’s focus with each client is to regain functionality and into an active lifestyle with progressive one on one sessions. She is currently working towards her nutrition certificate with Precision Nutrition.
In her spare time, Sarah likes to read, ride her bike, and spend time with her children.
