Ai-Ling has always had a passion for health and wellness. Her journey began in Nutrition at McGill, but she soon discovered a deeper calling for physical fitness and helping people move with purpose. Physiotherapy was a natural fit, leading her to complete a BSc in Physiotherapy at King’s College London, followed by an MSc in Musculoskeletal Healthcare and Rehabilitation at University College London.
Prior to returning home to Vancouver, she worked as a Physiotherapist in London treating runners and triathletes. Ai-Ling is especially passionate about strength training for women, and sees it as one of the most powerful tools for developing self-confidence and maintaining good long-term health. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Ai-Ling can support a wide range of clientele.
While she works toward her Physiotherapy license in Canada, she pleased to be able to support clients as an exercise therapist.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her training at the gym with friends, at home cooking up a good steak, or going for long walks along the Seawall.
