Chris Donaldson

Physiotherapist

Chris is a skilled physiotherapist and a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where he earned a Masters’s degree in Physical Therapy. With a strong commitment to providing comprehensive and effective care, Chris employs a whole-body approach to treatment, addressing the many factors that contribute to pain and injury. His treatment tools include administering guided exercise, manual therapy, electronic modalities, and patient education which he uses to maximize his patients’ recovery. As he continues with his career, Chris enjoys staying on top of the latest advancements in his field to ensure he provides optimal care for his patients.

Chris’s passion for helping individuals overcome physical challenges started well before becoming a physiotherapist. Before his education in physiotherapy, he worked as a personal trainer for the city of Surrey for over 4 years. During this time, he gained valuable experience working with diverse clientele, including young athletes, seniors, individuals in wheelchairs, and those recovering from stroke. This experience allowed him to better understand complex pain and dysfunction, further enhancing his ability to provide effective treatment and support.

Before starting post-secondary school Chris traveled overseas to play soccer in Europe aiming to make it professionally. In addition to his love for soccer, he has a keen interest in arm wrestling, the world’s strongest man competitions, ping pong, and sprinting.
