Everything was great. I was especially impressed with your COVID-19 safety measures as I was nervous to attend my appointment from fear of possible exposure. I loved that you had to wash your hands before entering the clinic, everyone wore masks and there were sanitiser/air purifiers in every room.

Vancouver Physio has a great health care team and are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, well trained and caring. I would highly recommend their services.

I was advised by my doctor at the Seymour Health Centre to see the Vancouver Physiotherapy and immediately I spoke to the receptionist I felt I was in good hands. Then I got to see Ben Suen who proved to be absolutely fantastic… I would also like to mention at this time that my husband Diamond has also been coming to Vancouver Physiotherapy and seeing Steve Mah and he is very happy with the treatment he is getting.

I feel like I am part of the family. Not that I have been there that long, but all the people on staff have been very welcoming and nice from the start. I believe the exercises given to me by Jason are quite effective if followed as instructed… If I can prevent surgery by going to physio then that is what I will do. I don’t know what I would have to deal with after surgery but I know where I stand now.

I’m very impressed with your (reception) service, always pleasant even at the end of the day. I’m not left waiting for the therapist as I am always made aware of the wait time. I really appreciate that. My therapist explains the procedures and treatment and answers all my questions. She remembers what the problem is and does not hesitate to make recommendations on how to further relieve my pain.
